Description:

BACK BAY. Thomas Pink started as a London tailor in the late 18th century. He became known for using high-quality fabrics and designing boldly colored clothes. Legend has it that the phrase "in the pink" stems from his top-quality garments. Today, the store continues to produce well-made, custom-tailored shirts. Men can purchase an ensemble with coordinating shirt, tie, and cuff links chosen by an expert stylist. The women's black-label Pink shirt is a wardrobe staple in England. In addition, women's tailored styles are popular among trendy, young style-setters who want slim-fitting, comfortable garments. A respected British institution, right here in Copley Place. |

| | I have never been to a Thomas Pink store until I visited the one at Copley Place. One word: spectacular. The staff were outstanding, showing me countless shirt and tie combinations. The colors were bright and the patterns bold. While it is on the higher end for shirt costs I feel it was well worth the cost. They only sell shirts and not suits as this website lead me to believe, but when I wear my Thomas Pink shirt and tie I get more compliments than for any of my other shirts… |
