I've been getting my hair cut at the North Avenue location for more than a decade and I can't say enough good things about my stylist Tim and the always sparkling staff.

I have been to both locations and I do have to say that I receive the best treatments at the Belmont location. The facials are wonderful and I have seen at least 3 different young ladies and they are all wonderful. I do notice that when I enter the spa at Belmont the staff does not offer a beverage or explain where to get sandals from. Usually it is the therapist who guides you, but to be offered a drink while I wait would be nice. That is my only complaint!

With the assistance of a sales person I bought my wife a gift certificate for a trip to the salon. Included in the cost, at the suggestion of the sales person, was money for gratuity. When she arrived however they refused to give her the cash for the gratuity saying that they could not do that. I called soon after and first they told me that there was no cash in the drawer, then that she had failed to bring in the "red card". They did however helpfully suggest that the extra money on the card could be used for extra services or products. My wife will go back to finish using the card but after that never again.
