I had a massage today at the 143rd St. salon and was very disappointed. I've had many massages prior and this was the worst. This was a gift certificate that was given to me. I do not think I would go back. I wanted to purchase a makeup item. There was an employee standing there who said she didn't work in that department and never even offered to get the person who worked the makeup retail. So, I didn't proceed and will get the lipstick and other items at another salon. Bad customer service.!!

I would never recommend your salon to anyone. I had a Brazilian wax done at your Arlington Heights facility & was charged $75.00. I have a Brazilian wax done every 4-6 weeks and have tried many different salons. Never have I paid such a ludicrous amount of money. The wax was not the best I ever had due to the known fact that the procedure was not done appropriately. $75.00 for 10 minutes, I would love to make that kind of money! I will make sure I spread the word not to frequent your salon.
