| | I have never seen the kind of poor service that I saw at the Cadillac Bar. From the moment we walked through the door the staff was rude. I bartend in Austin so I know a little bit about what I am talking about. The bar was steady at best but no one could get a drink. I personally stood at the bar for 35 minutes before anyone paid attention to me and when they did they were extremely rude. A young woman standing next to me commented that she had been waiting for about 25 minutes…Most of the costumers got cussed out at some point…It was the worst experience I have ever had in service and bordered on unbelievable…. |
