Mansion on Turtle Creek Restaurant

2821 Turtle Creek Blvd Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel, Dallas  75219 • 214-559-2100
Distance: ~1.27 mi from The Fairmont Dallas
Description: OAK LAWN. A meal taken at the Mansion is a true sensory pleasure. The main dining area envelops guests with warm colors, beamed ceilings, wood paneling, and leaded glass windows; there's also an exquisite enclosed veranda. The inventive menu is just as inviting, thanks to dishes like venison loin with white polenta, Pacific halibut with melted leeks, and rack of lamb crusted with hazelnuts, garlic, and herbs. Signature dishes like a warm lobster taco and tortilla soup enhance the epicurean delights at this Oak Lawn treasure. Sunday brunch carries the same quality and flavor.

Tex Mex at the Mansion? Although this may be the highest rated and most expensive restaraunt in Dallas, I don't consider the Mansion a place to enjoy true Tex Mex. Go there for Chef Dean Fering's other wonderful creations.
