| | Great Tex-Mex!!! Had leisurely lunch while wife was at a luncheon at La Madeleine's. I definitely had the better experience. The tostadas and fresh salsa were a notch above the standard restaurant chip & dip. The tortilla soup was hot with crispy tortilla strips and melted cheese. My fajita nachos had large tender and seasoned fajitas. The guacamole was fresh with chunks of avocado and the pico de gallo had just the right amount of jalapeno to not be overwhelming. Service was attentive. All-in-all great. Highly recommended!!! | |

| | Need more vegetable choices and/or vegetarian choices, fresh and cooked. Not even a decent green salad larger than a small plate. The so-called Vegetarian choice of greasy (and too spicy) sautéed veggies was below par! I left hungry with a burning mouth and dissatisfied. I think Mi Cocina has more potential than I experienced. |
