I have used this business repeatedly (out of desperation) often no matter HOW many staff persons are working, no one ever offers to help you with your needs. Machines often break down. It's almost impossible to get someone to help you and if you do the service is brusque and not very friendly. With computer services there is almost never anyone available upstairs to help set up. If you ask for help it's as if you are asking a strange thing! Help is hard to come by and again often not very polite. It's a disappointing and usually very stressful experience to go here. I'd be thrilled if it was changed because I am a writer and would use the service often and happily if it was not so unpleasant!
