| | This is our third trip to the Arroyo Chop House. The first two were fantastic. The third was far from that. We ordered appetizers that never came until we asked where they were. We received two items we did not order and had them taken away. Those two items appeared on the bill. Two of our sides were cold. As I said, this is the third time at this restaurant with the first two being a good experience. The third trip was so bad we will in all likelihood not return. |

| | We were dining on the evening of 9/25 from 9:30 to 11:30. There was an obnoxious table in the front dining area that detracted from the generally good ambiance. The every table in the area was disrupted several times by this one table. A manager or other restaurant reprehensive was not observed to have discussed the situation with this table or came into the area in any attempt to monitor the situation. At the end of the evening, both the men's and women's restrooms were not acceptable and were almost rendered unusable. While the food and service was on par with other similar dining establishments and in the past having been provided good service despite some service difficulties, we will have to think twice before dining at the Chop House again. Thank You. |
