OLD TOWN. A distinctly '70s vibe pervades Mickey's, from its shag carpeting-heavy decor to its appetizer menu, reimagined as "munchie quellers." Despite the time warp, patrons appreciate great happy hour specials on food and drink and tasty grub served late into the evening.
