PARADISE VALLEY. This place pays homage to Arizona's rustic Southwestern cowboy history in the most elegant of ways; the ambiance is strikingly different from what you would expect. The decor suggests cowboy, but the menu and staff dress it up and give the whole place an air of luxury. Menu highlights might include prickly pear-lacquered breast of duck and roasted poblano chile rellenos. The unique Sunday brunch menu offers such things as chicken and mushroom hash and cheese omelets smothered in poblano hollandaise. Additionally, everything on the menu is organic, humanely raised, and from ecologically sound sources. |
