| | I went to Pucci Salon for hair extensions [...]. It has been a real nightmare. After I washed and conditioned the hair it mats and balls up,and it looks just like cheap doll hair. The hair color and texture are way off. I got it colored a week before. The owner is willing only to cut/color and condition my hair. If I wanted short hair I would not have come in for extensions. I thought this was a top salon. |
