In the midst of winter, this annual festival shakes things up with a welcome dose of fun and revelry. Throughout its run, visitors will find a town party, an increased nightlife calendar, a host of sports competitions, ice sculpting events, and even an exhibit highlighting the works of local artists. The festival has been an area tradition since 1917. |
