Salt breezes and summer heat make an excellent combination for flying kites, so it is very appropriate to have a two-day festival in high summer devoted to the colorful swirling and dipping of these airy creations. Held on Isle Aux Coudres "Kite Island," the celebration features food, music, dance, childrens' games and, of course, kites of all kinds. |
