Three days of food and drink – for gastronomes, oenophiles and other culinary types, this is the epitome of annual events. The best restaurants, caterers and chefs from the Québec region gather to strut their stuff for a more than appreciative audience. Local wineries and breweries participate in special contests, chefs work up a sweat in cooking competitions, and attendees gain a few pounds. A guaranteed fun time for all! |
