| | One of the nicest places to sip tea or coffee in Victoria. Sit outside and people watch in the summer, or cozy up inside in the winter. The desserts and pastries are some of the best you will find in the city (try the almond croissants or the extra large rum-balls). They also have great soups and very unique and delicious sandwiches. Quick service... but there is almost always a line-up at this wonderful establishment. I'm not surprised. |
