Chef Terence Clark has devised fabulous prix fixe and tasting menus; choices might include duck terrine with red onion marmalade and nectarine-star anise compote, and braised rockfish with ricotta gnocchi and sautéed chanterelles. Perfectly grilled, dry-aged US certified Black Angus steaks are another fine option. Indulge in dessert here – the peanut butter brûlée with caramelized bananas, bitter chocolate sorbet and black rum caramel sauce is sublime. |
