The menu features plenty of seafood, fresh local vegetables and herbs grown on the property. You might start with watermelon salad with goat cheese, asparagus and pumpkin seeds, or black grouper carpaccio. Main course options have included tandoori-marinated rack of lamb, grilled Bermudian snapper, and veal ravioli with wild mushroom sauce. Desserts are fantastic! |
