ST. PETER PARISH. By day, Mannie's is a trendy beach bar serving simple but tasty Caribbean-American fare, fruity cocktails, a wealth of watersports, and comfortable chairs for lounging on the beach. Come nightfall, however, the offerings become more romantic and exotic.
