KIHEI. This laid-back destination has, as you would expect, a definite tropical theme. The Caribbean decor is bright, marked by all sorts of tropical plants and artwork. Tommy Bahama's serves a hybrid of rather spicy American and Jamaican cuisine, including jerk chicken and hot spiced pork tenderloin. You'll also be thrilled by pan-seared ahi tuna, char-grilled baby back ribs, grilled scallops, and fantastic crab cakes.
