Description:
|
HEALDSBURG. Sophisticated but quirky and casual – if you fancy porcine motifs, that is – this snug Healdsburg cafe is known for friendly atmosphere and terrific French-Med (with a Cali touch) cuisine. Dishes that earn particular nods include house-cured pork tenderloin with brandy sauce (ironically enough, the only pork dish on the menu), chicken strips piccata in lemon-caper sauce, and fusilli with smoked chicken and basil cream sauce. Since seating is limited, reservations are suggested. |

| | What a great meal. I stopped in for lunch and had a CK Lamb Burger that just melted in my mouth. I asked for it to be cooked the way the cook thought it should be served and he sure knew what he was doing.
I have also enjoyed dinners at Charcuterie and have never been disappointed. You always get a plate full of food and it's always tasty.
Don't forget the desserts. Nice selection of wines by the glass. |

| | We enjoyed your restaurant very much. Is there anyway the chef would share her recipe for the pork tenderloin with the brown sugar and brandy. It was EXCELLENT! |
