GEORGETOWN. The Maurine Littleton Gallery is run by the daughter of Harvey Littleton, a central figure in the development of modern glassblowing. The gallery shows fine art glass exhibits, mostly of an abstract nature. Many famous glass artists, including a student of Harvey Littleton, are showcased here. Although the primary focus is on glass, you'll also see a few other three-dimensional works, including ceramics, woodturnings and ironworks. METRO: Foggy Bottom |
