We thought it would be a fine restaurant since it is located near to the beautiful garden and sea shore. However, it was one of the worst dining experience we had. First impression was bad -- dirty. The elevator area, floor, chair, and the environment are dirty. You can see the black dirty spot here and there. We ordered a chicken soba -- served in a small bowl with big chunks of red meat chicken over the top with soba on the bottom and soya sauce water soup. That's it -- chicken chunks, soba, and water. We also ordered a business lunch with undercooked rice. The only "seems edible" food was teriyaki chicken with some burnt chicken skin. Saw flies over the sushi counter. Waitress not professional.
