Despite the shopping center locale, the restaurant offers an upscale scene that tends to get noisy during peak hours. | | As with all Roy's locations the best bet is to sit at the bar and order appetizers with your cocktails--the seared ahi is to die for!!--perimeter tables have a nice view of the Waikoloa golf course or the lagoon. |
