Desert Fire is one of my Favorite Restaurants in Redmond. Whenever I have guest from out of town this is one of the places I take them.

The food and ambience is great. They no longer have the BBQ'd cornhusk salmon on the menu. If you ask for it, they'll usually be able to make it for you.
