This quality is seen in grilled foie gras with caramelized mission figs, black grouper with preserved lemons and thyme, barbecued spiced duck breast, and yellowtail snapper with sweet potato-wild mushroom risotto. Desserts also benefit from the chefs' culinary expertise, and a lovely garden patio is sublime when the weather's mild. |
