Bookworms, unite! Miami International Book Fair is calling. Featuring noted authors – folks like Dave Barry, Sandra Cisneros, Matt Groening, Frank McCourt, and Amy Tan have attended in past years – Miami Dade College welcomes readers and writers for a weeklong showcase of all things book-related. Enjoy live readings, book signings, a popular street fair, and Comix Galaxy, a tribute to comics and other graphic novels. Fun for the entire family, the yearly event attracts large crowds for an all-encompassing festival. The street fair is November 13-15. |
