The quaintness of the exterior is echoed inside, where the rustic décor and comfortable furnishings give the place a homey feel. La Grappe's International menu has a Québec lilt, boasting such delicious dishes as pheasant pie, beef carpaccio, rabbit rivette with carrots, dill salmon with three sauces, and a brilliant grilled vegetable baguette. If it's nice out, ask to dine on the garden patio, where tables get ample shade from the trees flanking the house, providing a great setting for a late-afternoon bottle of wine or a few cocktails. Dinner reservations are suggested. |
