Disappointing service (takes forever for dishes to be delivered to table) and only average quality food. Overpriced!

Earls has to be the worst place to have lunch, brunch, or dinner. The worst, believe it or not, is dinner. I ordered a chicken burger and I ended up getting a so called burger that utilizes Wonder Bread instead of a real burger bun. Also, it took them almost two hours to prepare my dish in a quarter seated restaurant. Very misleading and the dishes are LOW QUALITY and service is VERY disappointing. Absolutely horrible!
