Simple black furniture and an elaborate tile floor distinguish this restaurant, along with a bronze pig that holds court on a pedestal in the room's center. Windows look out over Banff Avenue, and a bistro feel presides throughout. The menu takes cues from all over the world, so along with burgers and steaks, you're likely to find Hunan kung pao pasta, tandoori chicken satay, and Thai green chicken curry. Ribs, chicken and pizzas are also on the agenda, along with a nice selection of wines and beers. Earls is particularly ideal when you want comfort, reliable food, and just to hang out in a relaxing environment. Plus, they have regular drink specials and a couple of their own signature brews. |

| | One of the few good value, (not overpriced) good service restaurants in downtown Banff. I highly recommend the Chicken Ciabatta sandwich with all of the trimmings. The chicken quesadilla was good also. |
