This expansive dining room is one of the hotel's largest, most popular venues. It's usually busy throughout the day, but it makes the most of its space by offering both a la carte and buffet dining. In the evenings, the menu focuses on Canadian fare, especially steaks and seafood. Appetizers include oyster mushroom chowder and Dungeness crab cakes; rotisserie options feature duck and chicken, succulent when roasted on a spit. | | Breakfast, lunch and dinner were PERFECT here. My husband and I just LOVED the food, the service and the view from the windows. We plan to eat here many, many times when we return!! | |

| | I must admit we were a little hesitant at first because of the pricey buffet. But it only took a moment after arriving at the restaurant to realize it was TOTALLY worth every penny!!! This was truly the best buffet we've ever experienced, and the service we received was simply outstanding. We were treated like true royalty, and are anxiously planning our next visit (hopefully this weekend). | |

| | I was there this past weekend, on the Castle Experience and I have to say that the Grill is now my favorite place to eat at the Banff Springs. Our server was beyond excellent! He was very friendly and very attentive. He was able to answer all our questions and even suggested nightspots for entertainment. It was a wonderful eating experience. Thanks again, Neal! |
