Dim and romantic, this dining room invites quiet conversation amid its dark woodwork and forest-green walls. Mica-shaded pendants cast ambient light on diners, imparting each table with a sense of seclusion. Alberta beef, aged for flavor and tenderness, is the primary draw, but you'll also find stuffed pork loin, western BBQ halibut, and piccata of venison.
