ST. JOSEPH PARISH. This park has lovely picnic areas and tide pools in which you can wade and look for sea creatures. If you didn't bring your own lunch, a local restaurant offers tasty snacks. A word of warning: many feel the surf at this beach is too dangerous for serious swimming – it's best to stick to wading and picnicking! |

| | Not for swimming, but fantastic to watch the huge breakers crashing on the reefs. Not a place to be alone. |
