Though Cinco de Mayo celebrates a Mexican victory over French troops, the Festival Francés does much to say that there are no hard feelings. Celebrating French culture with a variety of activities that include film screenings, readings, fashion shows and of course, lots of opportunities to sample the cuisine, the entire event is set to music through the nimble spinning of French DJs who provide the eclectic soundtrack. |
