Chef Hans Aeschbacher serves up delightful meats aged in-house and wonderful seafood in this Marina City spot. With seven dining areas, including a chef's table in the kitchen, wine cellar, outdoor seating, and window tables overlooking the river, this New York-based steakhouse has taken Chicago meat lovers by storm since its 1998 opening. The decor is "turn of the century" and masculine with dark wood, forest green colors, and startling amounts of sports memorabilia. Châteaubriand for two (one of the house specialties) is divine.
