Description:
Hand-thrown pottery is owner Cindy Clarke's forte, and there is no better place to see her work than at this Jasper Avenue studio. Beautiful sushi and sake sets, bowls, platters and assorted other items that are simply beautiful – and utilitarian to boot – line the shelves, their earthy colors and organic forms making an appealing display. The studio also stocks a range of wonderful treasures from around the world, including sculpture from Zimbabwe and Phoenician glass. Moreover, Ms. Clarke also exhibits paintings by Alberta artists like Lorraine Oberg, Oksana Zhelisko and Doug Downey.
