Renowned as much for its eclectic décor as its equally eclectic food, Step 'n Out is adorned with vintage miniature shoes, and lots of them! Romantic and charming, the pint-sized restaurant (13 tables) writes a new menu every day with an emphasis on Australian cuisine – lots of seafood and bright fruits and vegetables. You might enjoy curried pumpkin ravioli, Black Angus beef medallions on roasted vegetable ratatouille, beef and pork tourtiere (pie) with dark gravy, or linguine in creamy Pernod sauce with shrimp and scallops. Don't try to bring the whole crew, though – they can accommodate parties of only four or fewer!
