Description:
For a departure from the ordinary, make your way up to this second floor restaurant, where you'll find a contemporary take on North American cuisine. There's nothing too bizarre, but this is decidedly creative cooking. Everything is made in house from scratch, including salad dressings and breads. Try bison back ribs with espresso BBQ sauce, Boomerang Goreng (the Indonesian recipe done Manitoba-style), or chili-chocolate chicken. The menu includes wine suggestions for each dish. For dessert, Die By Chai is the way to go: chai tea blended with cinnamon, ginger and cloves, whipped up with cream cheese and served in a gingersnap crust.
