Description:
Typhoon's trendy, pan-Asian décor is a refreshing departure from Banff's charming, but pervasive, rustic mountain interior design. The menu is similarly themed, taking a broad approach to the food of Asia – Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisines are dominant. You can stick with one, or mix it up. Favorites include duck spring rolls, gyozas, green papaya salad, edamame, chicken satays, nasi goreng, pad thai, unagi, makhani chicken, miso black cod and Sichuan spicy prawns. There's a good selection of Asian and Belgian beers, and tasty martinis, too!
