Description:
Designed and built for the 1988 Winter Olympics, this resort has adapted itself to general usage and welcomes both novice and accomplished skiers. 70% of the terrain is considered intermediate in class; most of this falls mid-range on the mountain, with expert above and beginner below. A total of 28 runs comprise the resort, and 5 chair lifts easily handle slope traffic. Snow-making facilities cover 85% of the runs, and grooming is a high priority. Snowboarders are accommodated along the slopes, and 35 acres of gladed runs take care of those who want more challenging terrain.
