Description:
Funky and contemporary, this pizzeria sports teal and terra cotta-colored walls, and schoolhouse chairs in yellow and purple. Wall-hung black and white photos temper the vibrancy. A full bar in the center of the space divides the restaurant into self-service and full-service areas. Pizzas are prepared in both regular ovens and a wood-burning oven and feature innovative ingredients like smoked oysters, hearts of palm, blue cheese and asparagus. Naturally, familiar toppings are also available. Salads, pastas, burgers and hot sandwiches also make satisfying meals. During the summer, an upstairs patio provides great views of the mountains; from November till April, a pool hall operates downstairs.
