Description: During the day, the Cathedral Mountain Lodge's diminutive dining room is great for a quick but hearty lunch, but come dinner time, the post and beam space turns romantic with candlelight. Canada's best produce inspires a wonderful array of regional dishes such as ragout of caribou in lasagna and Alberta beef tenderloin.
