Description:
Parc Aquarium du Québec has fish, and lots of them. You'll see more than 3500 fresh and salt water fish, plus other marine life such as a giant octopus, starfish, sea urchins and jellyfish. Probably the most interesting and exciting for most visitors is a 350,000-litre (92,460 gallon) tank with an acrylic tunnel – walking through it is like actually being inside the tank. What a view! But there's even more. This aquarium also has mammals: Atlantic walrus, seals and polar bears. The complex sits on about 16 hectares (40 acres), much of which is parkland, and also features a café and a gift shop.
