Description:
Exceptional fine dining and stellar service are the hallmarks of this excellent restaurant, named for Winston Churchill's country home. The cuisine is referred to as Continental-Pacific Northwest and features Canadian prime meats cooked to order with your choice of sauce including béarnaise, bordelaise, caramelised orange or chimichurri. Lobster, scallops, wild salmon and black cod come with their own complement of sauces. A pre-theater "dine and dash" is available, but should you have time to linger, ask for the Grand Marnier or Chocolate soufflé. You won't be disappointed.
