Description:
A glass atrium houses this restaurant, offering guests a sheltered vantage point from which to view the immediate landscape. The restaurant also connects to a charming outdoor terrace, which is well-attended in summer months. The menu sports a few dishes influenced by world cuisine but is primarily Canadian. Alberta steaks, mountain trout and Atlantic salmon figure prominently; accompanying them are baby back ribs, homemade pastas, fondue and chicken Wellington. A selection of wines complements the cuisine, and diners often make a light meal of the savory appetizers. Desserts and breakfast (a la carte and buffet) also available.
