Once you arrive at this well-received restaurant, you'll be eager to partake of the delicious cuisine. The dining room features log walls and large windows that provide a further glimpse of the Rockies. The ever-changing menu takes advantage of local ingredients, tempting diners with entrees like steak Madagascar (served in a sauce of red wine, brandy, and green peppercorns), veal scaloppine, rack of lamb, and salmon veronique.
