Description:
This sophisticated lounge adjoins the Edith Cavell Dining Room and features the same salmon-colored walls and architectural details. It also boasts a bar of stone and polished wood. The intimate room is a great place to relax and close the day. It offers alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees and teas (the Edith Cavell is freshly brewed java spiked with Grand Marnier, Kahlua and Amaretto). Light snacks are served elegantly in martini glasses: the Caspian combines sturgeon caviar, baby potatoes, crème fraîche and chives. Other options include Thai chicken, Atlantic lobster, steak au poivre and tiger prawns. The decadent dessert menu features both macerated fresh fruit and Irish chocolate mousse.
