Description:
MONTEBELLO. The pride of Le Château Montebello, the competitive Club de Golf, ranked as Québec's second toughest by "Canada Golf Magazine," was completed in 1931 under the guidance of Stanley Thompson. Featuring a wide range of difficult holes – some with wide, rolling fairways and others with difficult lay-outs made harder by natural obstacles – this course requires golfers to have firm grasps on their bags of tricks. Holes of note include 522-yard number 4 and the par-3 number 9, which requires a crisp, accurate shot to get to the plateau green. |

Description:
A challenging course in the heart of the Laurentide foothills, Le Heritage offers long, rolling fairways with spectacular vistas. A good long game will get you far here, but don't privilege strength over accuracy or you'll find yourself hitting from behind the massive local flora. Keep your eyes open, and you may even catch a glimpse of a deer or two crossing far in front of you. |

Description:
MONTPELLIER. Owned by NHL star Stéphane Richer, this beautiful foothills course on the shores of tranquil Lac-Simon offers an exciting array of challenging holes. These narrow fairways roll over hills and are marked by numerous peaks and valleys, requiring a sharp and accurate iron game. Featured holes include number four, whose island green leaves no margin for error, and the designer Graham Cooke's pride and joy, the awe-inspiring number 11 – just make sure you don't let the view distract. |
