Treetrek
(Attractions & Activities - Outdoor Activities - Summer)
4282 Mountain Sq Essentially Blackcomb - Carleton Lodge, Whistler  V0N 1B4 • 604-935-0001 • 866-935-0001
Distance: ~0.764 km *
Description: WHISTLER VILLAGE. Much preferable for those of us with a little acrophobia, Treetrek is the sister experience to Ziptrek. Instead of whizzing along zipline cables through the forest, you walk along boardwalks and suspension bridges. You're up just as high (in the treetops, literally – 80-200 feet above the ground), and there's still that element of fear, but at least your feet are on something solid! Tours last about 1.5 hours, and even if it's snowing or raining, the operators have boots and rain gear to keep you comfortable. Ages 5 and up; babies carried in front packs are permitted. Hours may vary slightly seasonally. Reservations are recommended but not essential.
