Description:
ST GEORGE'S PARISH. This rustic but elegant restaurant is located in a restored waterfront warehouse. If the exposed brick walls are too spartan for your taste, dine outside on the patio overlooking the harbor. Cuisine is served in the British fashion – the prime rib is accompanied by horseradish, and the rack of lamb is carved tableside. A particular favorite is the "Bermuda Triangle," a platter of filet mignon, shrimp and chicken. Vegetarian selections are always available, and a wide array of chowders, pastas and poultry and fish dishes are sure to please every member of your party. |

Description:
SANDYS PARISH. This English-style pub is located in a renovated naval cooperage (where casks and barrels were made), and the exposed stone walls, old barrels and antique forge are still part of the decoration. Many fine brews are on tap – try a Watneys, Newcastle or Guinness – but be sure to sample the superb pub food as well. For lunch try the steak and mussel pie, bangers and mash, or a fresh salad. The lamb and curry pie makes a delicious supper, or feast on liver and onions or lasagna. |

Description:
SOUTHAMPTON PARISH. This fun restaurant surrounds you in classic Tudor splendor. Heavy oak furniture, polished brass and period light fixtures all combine to create a rustic yet elegant ambiance. Lunches are top-shelf pub fare such as steak and kidney pie or fish-and-chips. The dinner menu is a traditional English mixed grill. Fresh seafood, prime rib and chateaubriand are all excellent. For something lighter, try the curried vegetable strudel. After 9pm, live entertainment begins. You can see the stage from any of the three dining areas or from the pub. So linger over your coffee and dessert and laugh along with the comedians, groove to the calypso band or hum with the keyboardist. |

Traditional pub favorites, such as bangers and mash, fish-and-chips and shepherd's pie, are on the menu for lunch. Dinner offers more elaborate fare, such as whole lobsters, chicken and shrimp brochette and a fresh catch of the day. The house dessert specialty is banana fritters; they're battered and fried, then flamed with Bermuda black rum. |
