The antiques, Queen Anne chairs and beautiful gardens (where you may dine under the stars) give the restaurant the feel of an old English estate. The menu is a fusion of Mediterranean and Continental influences that takes advantage of Bermuda's abundant fresh seafood. Try the blackened mahi mahi served with tomato, pineapple and lemon compote or an excellent grilled sirloin topped with port glaze and resting on a bed of roasted thyme polenta. Vegetarians will enjoy the mushrooms Diane – grilled Portobello mushrooms with spinach and cheese on a bed of grilled vegetables. Save room for dessert – the seasonal berries with Frangelico and chocolate ice cream are heavenly. |
